These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, online store, and related services operated by SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ under the "JUST SAY STOP!" brand (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. Together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy, they form the complete agreement between you and SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ regarding your use of the Services.

Hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", or the "Company". Our Services are hosted on the Shopify e-commerce platform.
Eligibility
The Services and our products are intended for persons aged sixteen (16) and over. Purchases must be made by a person legally capable of entering into the transaction or by a parent or legal guardian. If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Products
We sell card games, board games, and party games together with their packaging and instructions. All product descriptions, photographs, and specifications are provided for illustrative purposes. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, minor variations in colour, print, and finish may occur, and such variations do not constitute a defect. All products are intended for recreational use and are marked with an age recommendation.
Product Availability
All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product, to correct errors in pricing or product information, and to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that have been accepted, where we identify a pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity, stock unavailability, or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund promptly.
Prices and Payment
Prices may be displayed in the currency for the market you are browsing, including EUR for the European Union, GBP for the United Kingdom, and USD for the United States, unless stated otherwise. Prices include applicable VAT or tax where Shopify or checkout displays this as included. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other providers enabled from time to time. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store full payment card details on our systems.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details you provide are accurate, that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method, and that sufficient funds are available. If a payment is declined, reversed, or subject to a chargeback without a valid basis, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your order and any related account.
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Order Process and Contract Formation
When you place an order through our Services:
You select the product(s) and add them to your cart;
You provide your contact, billing, and shipping details at checkout;
You review your order summary, including product, price, shipping, and total;
You confirm and submit the order by clicking the purchase button.
Once you submit an order, we will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding sales contract between you and us is formed only when we send you a separate shipping confirmation email stating that your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our reasonable discretion prior to dispatch.
The contract is concluded in English. After conclusion, we retain the order details in our internal systems, and you may access your order history through your account (if you have one) or by contacting us.
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to withdraw from or cancel your purchase contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason, subject to applicable consumer protection law.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods in one order delivered separately, the period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal or cancellation, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement sent to support@justsaystop.com or use our electronic Withdraw from contract function. You may use the model withdrawal form available in our Refund & Return Policy, but it is not obligatory.
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction. For a change-of-mind return, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless we agree otherwise.
You may open the packaging and inspect the game only as you reasonably could in a shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Detailed conditions are set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all European Union member states and, where indicated, to selected additional destinations. Shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and carrier options are displayed at checkout and described in detail in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, force majeure, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. Once marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, refusal to accept delivery without a valid reason, or failure to collect within the carrier's retention period, we may charge you the actual cost of re-shipment or deduct the original shipping cost from any refund.
Warranty and Statutory Rights
As a consumer, you are entitled to statutory warranty rights regarding conformity of the goods with the contract. If a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have the product repaired or replaced, or, where appropriate, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at support@justsaystop.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photographs where relevant. These statutory rights are separate from the right of withdrawal and are not affected by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
Accounts
You may, but are not required to, create an account to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe has been used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Acceptable Use
When using the Services, you agree not to:
Use the Services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
Engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, threatening, or harmful;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other user accounts, or our systems;
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Services without our prior written consent;
Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks connected to the Services;
Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information, including in reviews, affiliate applications, or customer support requests;
Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
Impersonate or attempt to impersonate any other person or entity.
Further rules applicable to content you submit or create in relation to our brand are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation and take appropriate action, including limiting access to or terminating your use of the Services.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, product images, designs, card game content, illustrations, and software, is the property of SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the Services without our prior written consent.
The name "JUST SAY STOP!" and any associated logos, slogans, and brand elements are trademarks of SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
User Content and Feedback
If you submit any content to the Services, including product reviews, comments, photographs, ideas, or suggestions (collectively, "User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content in connection with the Services and our marketing activities.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights, applicable law, or our Acceptable Use Policy. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove User Content that we determine to be unlawful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
Gameplay Content and Player Responsibility
Players are solely responsible for any content they create, submit, post, or share during gameplay or through any game-related activity, including but not limited to messages, photos, and other materials shared via third-party platforms or social media accounts.
By participating in gameplay, players confirm that any content they generate complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties. SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ accepts no liability for user-generated content created or shared by players during or after gameplay.
When players voluntarily submit or tag content related to the game on public platforms, they grant SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost or share such content for promotional purposes. Players may withdraw this permission at any time by contacting us at support@justsaystop.com
SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ reserves the right to remove or refuse to share any user-generated content that it deems inappropriate, offensive, or harmful to its brand reputation, at its sole discretion.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources that are not owned or controlled by us. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You access third-party resources at your own risk.
Relationship with Shopify
Our Services are powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. All sales and purchases are made directly with SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and us.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information or cancel orders without prior notice. Where an order is cancelled for this reason after payment, we will issue a full refund promptly.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, except for those that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including statutory consumer rights). We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any product purchased through the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from any losses, damages, or claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of the Services. This section does not apply where the claim arises from our own breach or negligence, and nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, governmental actions, or disruptions to our suppliers or carriers.
Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time if you materially breach these Terms or applicable law. Where legally required, we will provide reasonable notice. The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, User Content, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Estonia, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules that grant consumers the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence. Where you reside in the European Union, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this website and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For existing orders, the version of the Terms in effect at the time of order placement applies.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about your order, we ask that you contact us at support@justsaystop.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving all legitimate issues promptly.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered fraudulent misrepresentation. In such cases, we reserve the right to submit evidence of the transaction, delivery confirmation, and prior communications to your bank or payment provider to dispute the chargeback. We also reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who have initiated unjustified chargebacks.
Express Checkout Notice
When completing a purchase using an express checkout method (including but not limited to Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal Express), you are deemed to have read and agreed to our Shipping Policy and Terms of Service at the time of purchase. Pre-orders and presales
Some products may be offered as pre-orders before they are ready to dispatch. At this time, USA products may be offered as pre-orders. UK and EU products are normal in-stock products when available, unless a product page specifically says otherwise. Where a product is marked as a pre-order, this will be shown on the product page and/or at checkout before you place your order.
By placing a pre-order, you agree that payment is taken at checkout to reserve the product and that dispatch will take place at a later date. The current expected shipping window for USA pre-orders is before September 15, 2026.
If the estimated shipping date changes, we will contact you with an updated estimate. You may choose to keep your order or cancel it for a refund before dispatch.
Pre-order discounts are promotional and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders at any time. This does not affect orders already placed.
