Refund policy

This policy explains how to cancel an order, return a product, and request a refund from SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

14-Day Cancellation and Withdrawal Right

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to cancel or withdraw from an online purchase within fourteen (14) days without giving a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

For goods, the 14-day period normally begins on the day after you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If one order is delivered in separate parts, the period normally begins on the day after the last part is received.

You may also ask to cancel an order before dispatch. If dispatch can no longer be stopped, you may use the return process described below.

How to Cancel or Withdraw

Before the applicable deadline, send an unequivocal statement that you wish to cancel or withdraw by:

• Emailing support@justsaystop.com with your name and order number;
• Using our Withdraw from contract here online function; or
• Sending the model withdrawal form at the end of this policy to SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ, Sakala tn 7-2, Tallinn, 10141, Estonia.

You do not need to give a reason. We will acknowledge an electronic withdrawal request without undue delay.

Returning the Goods

After notifying us, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after the day you told us that you were cancelling or withdrawing. We will provide the return address and instructions.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost. We recommend secure packaging, a trackable service, and keeping proof of postage. If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs or provide another appropriate return method.

Opening and Inspecting the Game

The game does not have to remain unopened. You may open the packaging and inspect the product only as you reasonably could in a shop. Please return all cards, instructions, inserts, and other components.

You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. If the game has been played, marked, damaged, or returned with missing components, we may make a reasonable deduction from the refund for the proven reduction in value. Opening ordinary shrink-wrap by itself does not automatically remove your cancellation right.

Exceptions

Mandatory cancellation rights may not apply to certain categories defined by law, including clearly personalised goods, some sealed goods that are genuinely unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and digital content supplied immediately after the required consent and acknowledgement. An ordinary card game is not treated as a hygiene product merely because it was shrink-wrapped.

Promotional, discounted, clearance, or “final sale” labels do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Refunds After Cancellation or Withdrawal

We will reimburse payments received for the cancelled goods, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. Any additional amount paid for premium or express delivery is not refundable unless required by law.

We will issue the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund after we process it.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or does not match its description, contact support@justsaystop.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs or a short video.

No short reporting deadline replaces your statutory rights. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods. UK consumers retain their rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may be repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

Normal minor variations in print colour or finish that do not affect the product's use are not necessarily defects.

Returns Outside the EU and UK

For customers outside the European Union and United Kingdom, we accept change-of-mind return requests made within fourteen (14) days after delivery on the handling and return-cost terms above, unless local law provides greater rights. Customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees connected with an international change-of-mind return are the customer's responsibility. This does not apply where the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Pre-Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel a pre-order before dispatch by contacting us. If cancellation is completed before dispatch, we will refund the cancelled item to the original payment method where possible.

The current expected shipping window for USA pre-orders is before September 15, 2026. If that estimate changes materially, we will provide an updated estimate and you may keep or cancel the pre-order.

After dispatch, the standard cancellation, withdrawal, and return terms above apply.
