SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment across our website, social media channels, and Affiliate Program. This Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") sets out the rules that apply to everyone who interacts with our brand online, including customers who submit reviews or User Content, visitors who comment on our social media posts, and creators participating in our Affiliate Program.

Please read this Policy carefully. By using our website, submitting content, or participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with this Policy. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and, where applicable, our Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.

Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to:

  • Customers who place orders, create an account, or submit reviews or other User Content;
  • Affiliates and creators participating in our Affiliate Program;
  • Anyone who interacts with our official social media accounts, including by commenting, messaging, or tagging us;
  • Anyone who creates content that directly references, features, or promotes JUST SAY STOP! using our brand assets or products.

Prohibited Content and Behaviour

When interacting with us or creating content related to our brand and products, you must not:

  • Violate applicable law. Do not post, upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful under the laws of Estonia, the European Union, your country of residence, or the country of your audience. This includes content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates data protection laws, or constitutes unlawful advertising.
  • Publish hateful, discriminatory, or violent content. Do not use our brand, products, or Program to produce or promote content that incites hatred, discrimination, or violence on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Publish sexually explicit or inappropriate content. Our products are intended for audiences aged 16 and over. Do not associate our brand with sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise adult content that is clearly inappropriate or unlawful in the context in which it is published.
  • Harass or bully others. Do not use our website, social media channels, or Program content to harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or defame any individual or group, including our customers, employees, partners, or other Affiliates.
  • Engage in fraud or deception. Do not submit false reviews, impersonate other persons or brands, misrepresent your relationship with us, or engage in any other deceptive practice.
  • Manipulate metrics. Do not use bots, automated scripts, click farms, paid engagement services, or any other means to artificially inflate views, likes, comments, followers, ratings, or any other metric.
  • Spam. Do not send unsolicited bulk communications, flood our website or social media channels with repetitive content, or use our brand in spam campaigns.
  • Post misleading product claims. Do not make false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims about our products, their effects, their compliance with any standards, or our business.
  • Compromise our systems. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, accounts, or systems, introduce viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the proper functioning of our Services.
  • Misuse our intellectual property. Do not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our logos, brand assets, product designs, card content, or other copyrighted material without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted for Affiliates under our Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
  • Bypass age restrictions. Our products are intended for persons aged 16 and over. Do not encourage or enable persons under 16 to purchase or use our products.

Reviews and User Content

When submitting a review or other User Content:

  • Your review or content must reflect your genuine experience with our products.
  • You must not be paid or incentivised for submitting a positive review without disclosing that fact.
  • You must not submit reviews on behalf of competitors, family members, or persons who have not used our products.
  • You must not include personal information about other people without their consent.
  • You must not include content that violates the rules set out in "Prohibited Content and Behaviour" above.

We reserve the right to moderate, edit in a limited manner for formatting, clarity, privacy, or removal of profanity, or remove any review or User Content that we reasonably believe violates this Policy or applicable law. This includes, but is not limited to, removal of personal data, doxxing, external links, or abusive language. We will not edit the substance of a review to change its meaning or overall sentiment. Where we remove a review, we will, where practical, notify the author and explain the reason.

We reserve the right to determine, acting reasonably, whether any content or conduct violates this Policy. Our determination is final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

Social Media Interactions

When commenting on or interacting with our official social media accounts, you must follow the rules of the relevant platform as well as this Policy. We may:

  • Hide or delete comments that violate this Policy or platform rules;
  • Block users who repeatedly violate this Policy;
  • Report serious violations to the platform or to law enforcement where appropriate.

We do not endorse third-party comments or content that appears on our social media pages or tagged with our brand, unless we expressly state otherwise.

Reporting Violations

If you believe that content related to our brand violates this Policy, infringes your rights, or is otherwise unlawful, please contact us at support@justsaystop.com with:

  • A description of the content and where it is located (URL or platform);
  • The reason you believe it violates this Policy or your rights;
  • Your contact details, so we can follow up if necessary.

We will review the report promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing or hiding the content, warning or terminating the account responsible, or reporting to the relevant platform or authority. For copyright infringement notices, please include the identification of the infringing material and the original work, and a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised.

Consequences of Violations

If you violate this Policy, we may, at our reasonable discretion:

  • Request the removal or modification of content;
  • Issue a warning;
  • Remove reviews, comments, or other User Content;
  • Suspend or terminate your account or Affiliate Program participation;
  • Withhold, cancel, or reverse unpaid commissions, where a violation of the Affiliate Program Terms also occurs;
  • Report the violation to the relevant social media platform or, in serious cases, to law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
  • Take any other action available under applicable law.

The severity of our response will depend on the nature and seriousness of the violation, and whether it is a first-time or repeated occurrence.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable law, or to address new forms of misuse. We will post the revised Policy on our website and update the "Last updated" date. Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice as required by applicable law.
