Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ operates the Just Say Stop Affiliate & Creator Program (the "Program"), which allows approved creators and partners ("Affiliates") to promote our store and products and earn commission on qualifying sales. By joining and participating in the Program, you agree to all of the terms described below.

Program Overview

The Program allows approved creators to promote JUST SAY STOP! using a unique link and/or code and earn commission on qualifying sales. Participation in the Program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ.

Affiliates act as independent contractors and have no authority to bind the Company in any way.

Eligibility and Approval

To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your country of residence, and comply with all applicable laws and platform rules. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our reasonable discretion, and to suspend or terminate any account where you materially breach this Agreement, engage in prohibited activities, or otherwise act in a manner that is harmful to us, our customers, or the integrity of the Program. All information you provide during the application and throughout your participation must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

Tracking and Attribution

Affiliate sales are tracked via unique links and/or codes assigned to you by the Program. We may rely on the following sources for tracking:

  • Unique affiliate links generated through our affiliate platform, currently Shopify Collabs;
  • Unique discount or promotional codes assigned to individual affiliates;
  • Internal reporting and analytics tools.

Unless a different attribution period is stated in your written offer or Shopify Collabs dashboard, affiliate-link attribution lasts 30 days from the last valid affiliate-link click. If more than one affiliate link or code could apply, the attribution recorded by Shopify Collabs or the applicable affiliate platform controls. Ordinarily, the last eligible referral or valid creator code applied to the order receives credit.

We use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accurate tracking of affiliate sales. However, we are not liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to browser settings, ad blockers, or incorrect link usage.

Commission

The commission rate applicable to qualifying sales is between 15% and 20% of the net paid order value. Your specific commission rate will be confirmed in writing upon approval and may be updated from time to time with prior notice. Commission is paid only on qualifying sales, which are defined as orders that are:

  • Successfully paid in full;
  • Not cancelled by the customer or the store;
  • Not refunded, in whole or in part; and
  • Not subject to a chargeback or payment dispute.

Commission is calculated from the net paid order value, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any discounts applied to the order. If an order becomes ineligible after commission has been paid, for example through a later refund or chargeback, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your future earnings.

Payments

Payouts are made once per calendar month, based on qualifying sales from the preceding period, provided that your accumulated balance exceeds the minimum payout threshold of EUR 50. If this threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the next payout cycle.

You may choose to receive payouts via one of the following methods:

  • Wise (recommended): payouts in EUR to your Wise account or bank account via Wise;
  • PayPal: payouts in EUR to your registered PayPal account;
  • SEPA bank transfer: available for affiliates in SEPA countries, with payouts directly to your bank account in EUR.

You are solely responsible for providing and maintaining accurate, current, and complete payment details. We are not liable for failed or delayed payments caused by incorrect information you have provided.

We reserve the right to delay or withhold payments where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, pending investigation.

Dashboard and Leaderboard Disclaimer

Any dashboard, leaderboard, or performance metrics made available to you are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy, error-free data, or uninterrupted availability of any such tools. Final calculations for commissions are based on our internal data and are binding.

Prohibited Activities

You may not, directly or indirectly:

  • Use your own affiliate link or code, or any indirect method, including through friends, family, or controlled accounts, to generate commission on your own purchases;
  • Use bots, fake traffic, automated scripts, or artificial engagement of any kind;
  • Manipulate views, likes, comments, followers, or any other engagement metrics;
  • Send spam or mass unsolicited messages promoting the Program;
  • Post codes or links on coupon, deal, or cashback sites without our prior written approval;
  • Run paid advertising using our brand name or trademarks, or bid on our brand keywords, without prior written permission;
  • Make false, misleading, exaggerated, or deceptive claims about JUST SAY STOP! or our products; or
  • Use our products or brand in content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a 16+ audience.

Violations may result in immediate account termination, cancellation of unpaid commissions, and, in serious cases, recovery of amounts previously paid.

Upon termination of your participation in the Program due to a breach of these Terms, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our reasonable discretion.

Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates are expected to promote JUST SAY STOP! honestly and responsibly. You are responsible for ensuring that all content you create or publish in connection with the Program is accurate, lawful, and compliant with the rules of the platform on which it is published, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or any other channel.

Disclosure Requirement

Affiliates must clearly and visibly disclose any material connection to JUST SAY STOP! in all content published as part of the Program. Acceptable disclosures include "ad", "affiliate link", "paid partnership", "#ad", or equivalent indicators in the language of your audience. Failure to include appropriate disclosure may result in removal from the Program.

Content Usage Rights

By participating in the Program, you grant SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, repost, edit, adapt, and distribute your Program-related content for marketing, advertising, promotional, and social media purposes. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant this licence and that our permitted use will not infringe the rights of any third party.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to us. It continues for content already used or published during your participation, subject to any rights you cannot lawfully waive.

Payments and Taxes

All payouts are made as gross amounts. Affiliates are solely responsible for their own taxes, social security contributions, reporting obligations, and compliance with applicable local laws, including income tax, VAT, and self-employment requirements. We do not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Intellectual Property

All brand assets, including trademarks, logos, product imagery, marketing materials, and copyrighted content, remain the exclusive property of SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ or its licensors. Affiliates may use approved brand assets only for authorised Program activities and in accordance with any brand guidance we provide.

Affiliates may not impersonate the brand, create accounts or domains that could reasonably be mistaken for official JUST SAY STOP! accounts, register our trademarks, or alter our brand assets in a misleading or damaging way.

Data Protection

In connection with your participation in the Program, we process personal information about you, including your name, contact details, payment information, referral and performance data, and communications with us. This processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You must handle any personal information you receive through Program activities lawfully and securely and must not collect, disclose, or misuse customer or third-party personal information without a valid legal basis.

Program Rights

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, change the commission structure, update Program rules and conditions, and suspend or terminate the Program or an individual Affiliate's participation. Where a change materially affects existing rights or earned commissions, we will provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law.

Termination does not affect qualifying commissions already earned before termination, except where those commissions relate to refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, self-referred, or otherwise ineligible transactions, or where forfeiture is permitted under these Terms and applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from participation in the Program. Our total liability in connection with the Program will not exceed the total amount of commissions paid or payable to you during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Where you participate as a consumer and reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory protections, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
