Shipping & Delivery Policy

SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ ("we", "us", "our") sells JUST SAY STOP! products to selected destinations shown at checkout. This policy explains how we process, dispatch, deliver, return, replace, and refund orders. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

1. Order Processing

Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the fulfilment country. Orders placed after 12:00 EET, on weekends, or on public holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, promotional campaigns, public holidays, or launch periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will inform you if a significant delay is expected.

2. Shipping Destinations

European Union and United Kingdom sales and shipping begin October 1, 2026, for selected destinations where shipping options are available at checkout.

United States pre-orders open October 1, 2026. USA pre-orders are expected to ship in early October 2026, unless a later update is shown on the relevant product page or at checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, we are not able to deliver to your address at this time.

3. Fulfilment Locations

European Union orders are fulfilled from Lithuania, Poland, or another EU fulfilment location.

United Kingdom orders are fulfilled from a UK fulfilment location when UK stock is available.

United States pre-orders are fulfilled from a USA fulfilment location once stock is available and the pre-order is ready to ship. USA pre-orders are expected to ship in early October 2026.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Current flat-rate shipping may include:

European Union: EUR 6.49 where available.
United Kingdom: GBP 4.95 where available.
United States: USD 5.99 where available.

Shipping prices, available services, and delivery options may vary by destination and may change from time to time.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation where available. USA pre-orders are expected to ship in early October 2026. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, incorrect delivery information, public holidays, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are charged at checkout unless stated otherwise. If you place a pre-order, your item will be dispatched when the product is ready and stock is available for that market.

USA pre-orders open October 1, 2026, and are expected to ship in early October 2026. If the expected shipping date changes materially, we will update customers where required.
