These Official Terms apply to the JUST SAY STOP! monthly video performance giveaway (the "Giveaway") operated by SkinnyGoose Corp. OÜ, registration number 16673480, Sakala tn 7-2, Tallinn, 10141, Estonia (the "Promoter", "JUST SAY STOP!", "we", or "us"). By signing the participant release and taking part in an eligible video, each participant agrees to these terms.
Questions may be sent to support@justsaystop.com.
JUST SAY STOP! invites approved creators to film groups completing a JUST SAY STOP! game challenge. Approved videos are posted by or for the Promoter on eligible social media channels. One winning video is selected for each monthly Giveaway Period using verified video performance data and panel judging under the published scoring method below.
The winner is not selected at random. No draw, raffle, or chance mechanism is used.
No purchase, entry fee, payment, donation, or product order is required to participate or win. Buying a JUST SAY STOP! game, product, creator deck, or service does not improve any participant's score or chance of winning. A creator's separate paid filming arrangement or purchase of equipment or a deck is not an entry fee and does not make the creator or filmed participants more likely to win.
Each participant appearing in an eligible video must:
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of the Promoter, and anyone directly involved in administering or judging the Giveaway, are not eligible to share in the Giveaway prize. The paid creator may share in the prize only if that creator is the verified camera operator or appears as an eligible participant in the winning video. A creator who only edits or otherwise supports the entry, and is neither the camera operator nor an on-camera participant, cannot share in the prize. A creator's friends, family members, and household members may participate and may share in the prize if they independently meet all eligibility, consent, release, and verification requirements. The camera operator must be at least 18, meet the applicable residence and legal eligibility requirements, and complete the required release and verification.
Participation is voluntary. A creator must explain the filming, publication, Giveaway, and release requirements clearly before a person takes part. No person may be secretly filmed for an entry. Identifiable bystanders and other third parties must not be included without permission.
A participant may stop at any time. Nobody may be pressured to perform a challenge, reveal private information, contact a third party, consume alcohol or food, remove clothing, accept physical contact, or do anything unsafe, unlawful, humiliating, discriminatory, or sexually inappropriate. Refusing or stopping may mean that the video cannot be completed or entered, but it creates no payment, penalty, or obligation for the participant.
A video becomes an eligible entry only when it has been approved by the Promoter, all required releases have been completed, and the Promoter or its authorised channel partner publishes it on the designated primary scoring channel during the applicable Giveaway Period. Sending footage to the Promoter does not guarantee publication or entry.
Each distinct approved video is a separate entry. There is no stated maximum number of entries per participant unless a month-specific brief published before filming sets a limit. Duplicate or substantially identical edits are treated as one entry.
For August 2026, eligible videos may be published through Railey.tv channels selected by the Promoter. From September 2026 onward, eligible videos must be published through official JUST SAY STOP! accounts, including @justsay_stop, unless the month-specific brief names another authorised channel.
Each Giveaway Period begins at 00:00:00 on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 23:59:59 on the last calendar day of that month, using Tallinn, Estonia time. A video belongs to the month in which its designated primary scoring post is first published.
For each entry, eligible performance data is counted for exactly seven consecutive 24-hour periods from the publication timestamp of its designated primary scoring post. Data received after that exact seven-day window does not count.
For example, a video published on August 7 is an August entry and its performance window ends at the same time of day on August 14. The August result will be decided and communicated by September 15.
The Promoter will record the publication time and the available platform statistics at the end of the seven-day window. If a platform does not provide a reliable figure for a metric, that metric will be handled as described in section 8.
Every eligible entry may receive up to 100 points:
For views, likes, and shares, the eligible entry with the highest verified count in that category receives the full category points. Every other entry receives proportional points using this formula: the entry's verified count divided by the highest verified eligible count, multiplied by the points available for that category. Audience-response and panel points are awarded against the stated criteria, not by random selection.
Each video will have one designated primary scoring post. Only that post's data is scored unless the month-specific brief published before the Giveaway Period expressly states that identified posts will be aggregated. The Promoter will use materially comparable publishing conditions and will not count participant-funded boosting, purchased engagement, engagement exchanges, or artificial traffic. Any paid promotion funded by the Promoter must either be applied on a comparable basis to all entries or excluded from scoring.
If a platform fails to provide one objective metric reliably for all entries, the unavailable category is removed and its points are redistributed proportionally across the remaining objective performance categories. The Promoter will document any such adjustment and apply it consistently to every entry in that month.
The judging panel will include at least one competent member who is demonstrably independent of the Promoter, its creators, and the eligible entrants. The full names of the judges will be made available on reasonable request after the result is announced. Judging records will be retained for at least 12 months.
The eligible entry with the highest total score wins. If two or more entries have the same total score, the tie is decided in this order: higher panel score, then higher verified shares, then higher verified views. If a tie still remains, the independent panel member will decide between the tied entries using the published panel criteria.
The panel may determine eligibility and apply the published scoring method, but it may not replace the scoring method with an undisclosed preference.
We use platform analytics, human review, and reasonable technology checks to identify bots, fake accounts, purchased or exchanged engagement, spam, coordinated manipulation, paid traffic, or other artificial inflation. Participants and creators must not ask anyone to use false accounts, automated tools, engagement exchanges, or paid services to alter a result.
A disqualification for suspected manipulation must be based on documented indicators and a reasonable good-faith review. Where practical, we will notify the affected participant or team and allow seven days to provide relevant information before the final decision. We may act immediately where delay could create a safety, legal, platform, or fraud risk. Our final decision will be explained in writing on request.
The result for each month will be decided and the winning team contacted by the 15th day of the following month. Non-winning entrants will not normally be contacted. We may also announce the winning video on our website or official social media accounts.
Only one winning video and one team prize are awarded for each Giveaway Period unless the month-specific brief clearly states otherwise before the period begins.
The standard monthly team prize is:
The applicable amount is the full team prize, not an amount paid to each person. It is split equally among the verified camera operator and every eligible person who appears as a participant in the winning video and has completed the required release and verification. A camera operator who also appears on camera receives one share, not two. The paid creator's separate creator fee is not part of the Giveaway prize and does not prevent an otherwise eligible camera operator or on-camera participant from receiving a prize share.
No prize substitution is offered except where payment in the stated currency is unlawful or impossible, in which case we may provide a lawful cash equivalent of the same value using a recognised exchange rate on the payment date.
Each winning participant may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residence, tax information required by law, bank details, and a completed release. We will request bank or identity information through an official company email or secure method, not through an unsolicited social media direct message.
Each winning participant must respond within 14 days after our first official notification. A participant who does not respond or complete reasonable verification within that period may forfeit only that participant's share. We may redistribute the forfeited share equally among the remaining verified participants in the winning video. If no eligible team member completes verification, the next highest-scoring eligible video may be selected.
Verified prize shares will normally be paid by direct bank transfer within 30 days after verification is complete. Winners are responsible for their own taxes, declarations, bank charges, and currency-conversion costs. Payment is subject to applicable sanctions and banking laws.
Ownership of original participant-created material is not transferred merely by entering. The separate release gives the Promoter a non-exclusive licence to record, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, promote, advertise, and otherwise use the approved footage and the participant's image, likeness, voice, name, social handle, and performance as described in that release.
The licence must not be interpreted as permission to create a false endorsement or to use a participant's identity in an unlawful or materially misleading way. If a required release is missing, incomplete, or invalid before publication, the video is not eligible.
Approved creators are paid for accepted videos and may receive a discounted or free game deck. If a creator posts, reposts, or endorses JUST SAY STOP! content on the creator's own account, the creator must clearly disclose the material relationship in the post and, for video, in the video itself where required, using clear wording such as "Paid creator for JUST SAY STOP!" or "#ad". Platform disclosure tools should also be used where available.
Entries must comply with the terms, community guidelines, music and copyright rules, privacy rules, and promotion policies of every platform used. An entry removed or restricted for a platform violation may be disqualified if reliable scoring is no longer possible.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Railey.tv, or any other platform unless expressly stated in writing. To the extent permitted by law, each participant releases those platforms from claims arising from the Giveaway. YouTube entries must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines.
We process participant contact details, releases, eligibility evidence, payment details, video-performance data, and fraud-prevention records to administer the Giveaway, verify winners, make payments, meet legal obligations, protect the integrity of the promotion, and publish limited winner information. Depending on the data and location, processing is based on performance of the Giveaway agreement, legal obligation, legitimate interests, or consent.
Data will be kept only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, tax and accounting requirements, dispute handling, and legal claims. Participants may exercise applicable privacy rights using support@justsaystop.com. More information is in our Privacy Policy.
We may reject or disqualify an entry for failure to meet published eligibility or scoring requirements, false information, missing consent, rights infringement, unsafe or illegal conduct, harassment, platform violations, or documented manipulation. A prize will not be withheld merely because the Promoter dislikes an otherwise eligible entry or because participation was lower than expected.
We will not materially change the eligibility, scoring, prize, or closing rules for a Giveaway Period after it has begun unless a legal requirement, platform failure, fraud, safety issue, or event outside our reasonable control makes the stated operation impossible or materially unfair. Any necessary change will be limited to what is required, applied consistently, and announced on this page.
Rules for future months may be changed before the relevant Giveaway Period begins. If a month must be cancelled after eligible entries have been published, we will make a reasonable effort to award the prize using the available valid data or another fair method announced to affected participants.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Subject to those rights, the Promoter is not responsible for platform outages, lost data outside its control, delayed messages, incorrect details supplied by a participant, or bank delays.
Participants remain responsible for acting safely, following local law, and obtaining permission for any people, music, locations, property, or third-party material included in a video.
Where required for promotion transparency, we may make limited information available for up to three months after the result, such as the winner's first name, surname initial, country, Giveaway month, and winning video link. A winner may object on safety or privacy grounds, although we may still provide information to a regulator where legally required.
These terms are governed by Estonian law, but this does not remove any mandatory consumer protection or legal rights a participant has in the participant's home country. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@justsaystop.com and allow us 30 days to try to resolve the issue.
